Xhouse app for iPhone and iPad

Xhouse is the first IOS application, which is aimed to supply an easy-to-use tool for DIYer, Arduino enthusiasts and home automation makers. With Xhouse and simple hardware building, you can check something like the weather status and your plant growth condition in your garden real-time. And it supplies you a new way to control the a wide range of electronic device at home.

Based on Arduino platform, its quite easy for you to build a sensor network and DIY your own home automation system. However theres no simple way to check your sensors data and control your devices in the market. Xhouse is designed to change this situation.

The user interface of Xhouse is just simple and clear. Its even not required to introduce the function, because you can intuitively understand and use without any guide. When running Xhouse, it shows up a crystal ball in the center, which displays the temperature and humidity sensor data. Beside the crystal ball, therere two sliders and two small button with open source hardware icon, which is used to transmit "ON/OFF" to the arduino via the ethernet(or wifi). It will pop-up some tips when you open the application for the first to show you simple steps to get started with it quickly.

The Xhouse function design is based on the Open Source Hardware concepts. Follow a short tutorial to build the hardware platform with Arduino controller, ethernet shield and relay modules. There is documentation and support for this modules. Then its available for you to control the physical world with iphone and ipad. The Xboard relay will be also a good board for you to start building your sensor system, which integrates the modules and functions mentioned above.
